Fugu is the first authentic Japanese bistro from two passionate professionals: Japanese chef Kobayashi Katsuhiko and brand chef, restaurateur Evgeny Uryupin.
We have a wide variety of famous Japanese soups on the menu - ramen, fresh sushi and rolls, donburi, fried rice and our own noodles.
Our philosophy is that we cook only from high-quality products according to the original recipes of a Japanese chef.
